A living is unnecessary to be earned in the kalahari desert as all people are seen as equal members and are given equal privileges, responsibilities and rights. For food when hunting the person who has hunted it down will share it with his family. If a large is sized animal is hunted by a group of people, it will be shared across the group of people they are traveling with. Many Kalahari bushmen or san are now being employed and educated and a are working in places such as clinics or in other places as well and are earning a living just like normal people.
