Lysosomes are cytoplasmic organelles made by endoplasmic reticulum and golgi bodies.they are formed by budding of golgi complex.They are bounded by single membrane and generally look like rounded sacs.They are richly filled with acid phosphatase and other hydrolytic enzymes.
