As we all know, the sun is the main source of energy in the solar system.First of all if there's no sun the whole earth would turn out to be dark .Secondly all the plants on this earth may die as You know plants need sunlight for the process of photosynthesis .If the plants die animals that feed on plants may die even humans who are vegetarians .
If the herbivores die then the carnivores will die in such a way the whole life on this earth will die .

Almost everything in our solar system will go away because of the sun not producing and hydrogen into helium, then the sun will become a super giant and most of the planets, including earth, will disappear, but I doesn't happen until like the next 5 billion years

If the sun disappeared now, all the planets would stay in orbit for as long as it takes the last light from the sun to reach each of the planets, for us on Earth a bit over 8 minutes. Gravity travels at the speed if light, so 1 by 1 the planets would stop there curved orbit and travel in a straight line once the sun blinks out.
