Obviously, as with any type of global action, a con would be the cost. Who would end up paying for all of the things that would be planned??!? Some of the pros should be obvious to most people. The definition of conservation is: The careful utilization of a natural resource in order to prevent depletion, including any living being. So, a pro would be that we can practically reverse the effects of human stupidity and the illegal hunting and poaching laws.
