Right now I can only think of one, but there are more. Rockdale is in Hopkins county near Sulphur Springs, and also in Milam county south of Cameron. But, these are not the only ones, just the ones that came to mind

There two cities named "Brownsboro"....one in Henderson County & one in Caldwell County.
Denton, TX is just north of Dallas and Fort Worth. Meanwhile, the other Denton, TX is just southeast of Abilene. There ought to be a law against this. Try using Google maps to drive from Denton to Denton.
Fairview south of McKinney and after a name change Fairview is now called New Fairview 5 miles north of Rhome...
