Yes a solid does have a definite shape because are school experimented with a giant p.e hoop we put people in the hoop till there was no space definate in there so we couldn't move and that is definate it has a definite shape
NOPE, liquid has no definite shape. It will take the shape of whatever it is in. If you meant a structural shape, then here is how that works. The structure of liquid, to put is simply, is the liquid molecules being loosely connected together. They are not stationary, but they can only stay in the shape of the container that holds them!!!
