Water is what helps carry nutrients to cells. Cells stay full and strong get there nutrients by osmosis (water passing through a semi-permeable membrane)

I asked the question but maybe because it keeps the shape and keeps the body hydrated since the whole body is made up of cells, UH DUH?!?!? NO WATER DEAD BODY!?!!?!
