Water is what helps carry nutrients to cells. Cells stay full and strong get there nutrients by osmosis (water passing through a semi-permeable membrane)
Water is important to all cells, protects from dehydration which will cause it to shrivel up and die
It helps it function right
Helps with food and clears out posions
To maintain body temp. And many more funtion working!
Water is important for cells because other wise it would not function right.
I asked the question but maybe because it keeps the shape and keeps the body hydrated since the whole body is made up of cells, UH DUH?!?!? NO WATER DEAD BODY!?!!?!
