1. Atoms are singular
Molecules are 2 or more combined atoms

2. Atoms are not bonded
Molecules are atoms that are bonded

3. Atoms is some thing which can't be split
Molecule can be divided into many atoms.

4. Atom consists of protons, neutrons and electrons.
Molecule is combination of mixture of atoms like H2O, H2, N2, NaCl, NaK, Etc.

An atom is the smallest possible particle of a substance and is considered indivisible according to older theories. It has been proven later that it can be divided.
However a molecule is formed when 2 or more atoms join together due to their reactivity.A molecule may consist of atoms of the same or different element.
Simply put,an atom is the smallest possible particle and a molecule is a composition of 2 or more atoms.

Molecules are small particles of a pure substance that are capable of independent existence and show all the properties of hat substance.

To understand the difference between them it is very important to understand what are the fundamental materials which make up a substance. An element is a substance which cannot be spilt into two or more simpler substance by any sort of chemical means. They are made up of particles which can either be atoms, molecules or ions.

An atom is the smallest particle that can take part in a chemical change. They are extremely small, about 10-10 meter in size.
Now coming to the explanation of molecules. A molecule is a smallest particle of a compound which is formed of a group of atoms. The atoms in a molecule are shown by a chemical formula.

Most atoms cannot exist independently and come together to for molecules, that can exist independently.

An atom is a subatomic structure. It's made up of protons, neutrons, and electrons. The protons and neutrons make up the nucleas. The electrons surround the nucleas, and depending on the state it is in, determines how frequent they move around. Protons are positively charged, neutrons are neutrally charged, and electrons are negatively charged. A molequel is an atomic structure made up of 2 or more different types atoms. For example, a water atom is called H20. The H stands for hydrogen, and the 2 after it means that there are 2 atoms of it. And the 0 stands for oxygen, but since there is no number after it, it just means that there is 1 atom of oxygen. Hope I helped!

Atom has two parts one is Nucleus made up of protons (positively charged particles) and neutron (nuetral having no charge) while other part is Extra Nuclear Region consisting of shells and made up of Electrons (negatively charged particles). And Molecule consists of two or more than two atom and having both the charges (positive and negative).

Atom is made up of tiny particle of matter and it consist protons neutrons and electrons.its indivisible where as great difference is that molecule is made up of atom so more highly charged is atom.

Atoms are the subatomic particles of the matter while a molecule is the basic unit of a compound. The combination of two or more atoms is known as a molecule. Therefore, molecules are formed only because of atoms. Atoms of the same element has same characteristics while the atoms found in a molecule may or may not have same characteristics. For example, a hydrogen atom when reacts with another hydrogen atom then it forms a molecule of hydrogen.

As molecules are build up from atoms they are much larger. There are more differences but this is the greatest one.
