First the bloom must be fully mature and just be at the other side of full bloom. Which means right before they start turning green. Takes experiementing to figure this out. Then to process them you'll need a bucket of cold and a bucket of very warm to hot water. First you submerge the head of the full bloom in cold water for about
one minute then you take it out of cold water and cut the stem with knife and put stem only in hot water. To keep the blooms longer spritz the flowers with cold water daily. Keep away from windows and air vent for this may dry out flower sooner.
