Hydrangea is a very delicate plant which damages rapidly in direct sunlight. Putting it in a shade will improve its health tremendously. Another problem for hydrangea plants is that they need to retain moisture. Water it regularly as it helps them grow better.

The very first reason for the wilting of it is the hot direct sunlight. The second reason is the improper plantation of it. You may not have follow the complete directions of how to plant it. Now I think that you should change its position and keep it in shade.
