According to geography, temperate latitudes of the world lie amid the tropics and the polar circles. The changes which take place in these areas during summer and winter are usually slightly, warm or cool, rather than excessive, blazing hot or freezing cold.

On the other hand, temperate climate can be highly unpredictable, a particular day it was be sunny and the following day in may be raining, and after that it could be cloudy. These unpredictable weather formats usually take place in summer an winter.

The northern temperate zone stretches from the Tropic of Cancer at approximately 23.5 degrees north latitude to the Arctic Circle at approximately 66.6 degrees north latitude. The South Temperate Zone stretches from the tropic of Capricorn at approximately 23.5 degrees south latitude towards the Antarctic Circle at approximately 66.5 degrees south latitude.
