That is pretty high. Just make sure you rinse them off in the morning with a few drops of water. They could be too salty in other words and suck moisture out of your eye rather than keep it on your eyes. Using a few drops of water might wash the sodium chloride off so that your eyes don't dry out, but too much water will do the same thing. Start with a single drop of water in the morning to wet them after they rest in that solution all night.

Then put it in and see how it feels.
