How Does The UK And Bangladesh Cope With Floods?

Bangladesh has no way of living in there homes because there is a lot of floods in bangladesh and when ever there is a flood all the houses get broken down so no one  can save there homes.

The uk have an environmental agency  is an organization  that looks after rivers in england and wales.it monitors rainfall,river levels and sea conditions 24 hours a day.

I want to know how bangladesh deal with the floods?
