There are 360 but your globe wont show all of them.

Definitive answer (sorry y'all): The number of lines of longitude is boundless. That is to say uncountably finite in number. The  number of lines depicted on a world globe (model) is usually between 18 and 36, depending on mfr and build; but these are only representations for convenience. Any line of longitude is not a real thing, only an abstraction by which location is pinpointed and recorded with reference to its angular distance from another, fixed, reference longitude line on a spherical body or its globe representation..

The lines of longitude are measured in degrees and there are 360 degrees in a full circle, so there are 360 lines of longitude between these lines then we use fractions of degrees such as 33.57 degrees N latitude, 45.8 degrees E longitude.

Or minutes or seconds, but it only restates, in geometry speak form, what I just said. The only justification for longitude as so many a concrete entities is the "we" you so pointedly refer to; and the fact that no more than rough precision is usually needed. What you have really said is that assigning names arbitrarily gives the impression of a uniformity and regularity that exists only in practice, but not in principle.
