Incompetent government is the answer . Now they want other countries to take their populations because of global warming . To hell with this , the Bangladeshi government should be taken to court and punished , and any government who is incapable of controlling population growth has NO legitimacy and should be removed . I for one am not going to pay for governments incompetent and greed .
