H2SO4 and NaOH are definitely strong electrolytes. But I am not sure about the rest.

CH3OH has to be Methanol (since simple empirical) = slightly acidic but can act as both in organic reactions as can water.
H2SO4 = strong acid
NH3 =  strong base to medium base
