A Weak Electrolyte does not completely dissociate. Acetic Acid (CH3COOH) and Ammonium (NH3) are good examples. Weak Bases and Weak Acids are generally weak electrolytes. In an aqueous solution There will be some CH3COOH and some CH3COO- and H+.

A Strong Electrolyte completely dissociates. Stong acids and bases are good examples such as HCl, H2SO4, NaCl. These will all exist as ions in an aqueous media.

A strong electrolyte is  a substance that when dissolved in water  dissociates completeley to form the cation and the anion .
A  strong electrolyte has a higher completeley OF H+ IONS IN THEIR AQUEOUS FORM that causes them to conduct electricity freely.
A  WEAK ELECTROLYTE IS A SUBSTANCE WHEN DISSOLVED IN WATER DOES NOT DISSOCCIATE COMPLETLEY TO FORM THE CATION AND ANION.
A WEAK ELECTROLYTE HAS  A LOWER CONCENTARTION OF H+ IONS IN THEIR AQUEOUS SOLUTION THAT CAUSES =THEM TO NOT CONDUCT ELECTRICITY.

An electrolyte refers to a substance that contains free ions and can be used as an electrically conductive medium. Most of the solute doesnot dissociate in a weak electrolyte whereas in a strong electrolyte a higher ratio of solute dissociates to form free ions. Some examples of strong and weak electrolytes are as follows:

Weak electrolytes: H2SO4, HCl
Strong electrolytes: NaNO3, NaCl, Na2SO4

A strong electrolyte completely dissociates whereas a weak electrolyte only partly dissociates.

A strong electrolyte is the substance in which complete dissociation of ions takes place when diluted. Whereas when weak electrolytes are diluted, it doesn't dissociates into ions completely.
