The cons of an earthquake is that not only can millions lose their lives, homes and possesions but that nature is also destroyed. I don't believe there are any pros about earthquakes but I believe I may be wrong. Unfortunately earthquakes are one of the biggest natural disasters and my thoughts go out to those effected by them.

The cons are the absolute disaster,and deaths.I suppose a pro would be new housing and public buildings

The one thing in favor of earthquakes is that they remind us that there are planetary and cosmic events and processes over which we have no control. (We should pay more attention to that fact as it relates to "global warming.")

The unfavorable thing about earthquakes is that we have no control of them, and they can be very destructive to our lives and plans. (We should pay more attention to that fact as it relates to "global warming.")
