Scientists can only guess at how long the footprints will remain on the Moon's surface. Since there is no air and hence no wind on the Moon, the prints will remain there for thousands of years, disturbed only by meteorites or other visiting Earthlings. That is, of course, once Man goes back to the Moon. So no one can answer your question for sure, but the best guess that they can come up with is: "Thousands of Years".
