Microscopic exam shows multiple soft tissue bits focally lined by hyperplastic and dysplastic mucosa.  The underlying tissue shows an infiltrative tumour arranged in sheets and trabeculae infiltrating into the underlying skeletal muscle.  The individual tumour cells show moderate cytoplasm and enlarged hyperchromatic nuclei.  Individual cell dysskeratinisation and keratin pearl formation is noted.  Whats the present condition and treatment chances and survival chances

Squamous cell defines a cancer malignancy. The remainder of the description defines the area of invasion-- it means simply that the malignancy extends beyond the area that was biopsied. Check with your physician for the extent and for treatment options. Many squamous cell cancers are very treatable.
