By road take the m4 west to j49
Then head for Carmarthen.
When entering Carmarthen take the last exit at roundabout and follow signs for Llandeilo
Then look out for signs to the village of Llanpumpsaint.BEFORE you get to Llandeilo.
In Llanpumpsaint head for the pub or post office for further directions from Llanpumpsaint you are a matter of minutes away from your destination.
Or by train Carmarthen is a main Arriva Trains Wales station
If your travelling from the north of England or Midlands head for Shrewsbury and get yourself on the Heart Of Wales Line and head for Llanelli you will then need to change trains for Carmarthen which is half an hour away.
Or if your further south Bristol Templemeads will be the main route into South Wales.
Near London? Then Paddington has a few services that will stop at Carmarthen en route to Pembroke or Milford each day.(Via Swansea)
