When you first enter Neptune your space ship would be damaged severely or possible even destroyed due to the massive winds that can reach a devastating 1500 miles per hour. Second, Neptune can reach temperatures of -353 degrees Fahrenheit which is close to absolute zero. A human couldn't land on Neptune because it doesn't have a solid surface. It would take years to get there, and then years to get back.
