Internal Communication is a kind of communication that takes place inside an organization. It can be oral, written, virtual or one-on-one. It is very important for flow of communication inside an organization.

There are a number communication methods that can be used inside an organization. The most easy and cheap method is to install an exchange and then place telephone sets connected to that exchange at all the desks or departments. It will become very easy for the staff members of all ranks to communicate with each other.

On the other hand, Email is also an effective method of written internal communication. The office can develop an internal email system. Where every staff member will have his own email address on the domain of the organization. Thus, it will become very convenient for every staff member to communicate in writing with others.
