Why do developing countries have higher rates of population growth than do developed countries?

They have higher population growth because of their poor medical care. They feel the need to bare more offspring so that what is theirs can be passed on. So as the medical care increases, gradually the population platoes.  It's also because rape runs rampent in countries with poor policing.  They also have poor education, the people know nothing about the primative "pull out method" or condoms or birth control.
