How many subatomic particles are in an alpha particle?

Hey Lauren that's a massive question, like the universe - what's and alpha particle - which is distinguishable from helium for example.... There are three main subatomic particles, proton, neurons, electrons and well if we take that Alpha particles were positiviely charge out 7000 more massive than an electron, then how long is a piece of string?

Hey Lauiren Modern Physics is wide, which particles are you reffering to - elementary particles or composite particles, I think you need to break the question down to more specifics to get a significant answer....
