If that machine is used for it's intended purpose, within it's normal operating procedure, then it is 100%. The statement would be false. If a machine fails to operate under normal circumstances, then it can be returned. But...per say: You cannot purchase a 38" riding lawnmower, which is applicable to a 1 acre plot of land, for a life of 3 years...and expect it to last, with 100% effenciency for 5 years, while using it to mow 3 acres. That is not the intended use of the machine. Statement would still be false.
