Oh! Dear Rain with cold breeze is my favourite season too. We here have 104-113 degree in 7-8 months lasting summer. And, rain with cold winds are people's fav weather here not just coz it helps in reducing temperatures but its also good for crops. And, yes even I along with everyone here hate it too when it seems to be rainy & windy weather but ends up in something opposite.
