The five factors of communication include information, people, time, format and channel. The first factor is Information because communication is always based on some information whether it will be a job interview, or a TV news. Second factor of communication include people which are the individuals among which the information is exchanged. Third factor is time which is the period when communication is carried out. Fourth factor is Format which means that how the message will be delivered like email or letter. The fifth factor is Channel, like the way the message is delivered. All these factors have a strong impact on the effectiveness and delivery of communication.
I would say body language, eye contact, and verbal.
