H2O2 and C3H7 with Na OCI becomes a deadly combination which is highly unpredictable as these are highly reactive in nature provided they get right reactive partner. I am sure it must have released some toxic gas. The combination is more deadly in the event of closed room with big amount of experiment material. So don't take this carelessly.

Yep I asked the local organic chem prof and basically the combination makes a form of rocket fuel (and a sh*t load of hydrogen).

It could form a fusel oil, which may be flammable. Sounds like a antifreeze to me though, LoL. Or a good floor cleaner because of the bleach.
