The Rio Grande is NOT dry and flows very well. Ask any member of the drug cartel in Mexico. They have couriers trying to bring tons of marijuana across every day and night. The DEA just seized 40 tons in the last two days! The DEA is having to pull many cars and pick-ups full of drugs out of the river each month. Some portions of the river are over 40 feet deep and the current is swift. The several dams along the Rio Grande in Texas are full. The Rio Grande is the only river I have been to both ends of. Can you tell me where the Rio Grande begins exactly? Where does it end?

Illegals drown all the time trying to cross. The Boarder Patrol and others find bodies all the time of those who have tried to swim into the USA

I live 10 miles from the Rio Grande in South Texas.
