Visual aids are very powerful in business communication because, often, there is a need to present complex or high-level concepts to people within a business context.
It can be difficult to explain certain things without the aid of visual cues to help focus the audience's attention and provide an easy to follow narrative.
There are so many visual aids solutions for business users out there, and I see this as a form of validation that this is a problem many people in business meetings face.
