The graphs which are most commonly used in visual aids are Bar graphs, Pie Charts, Line graphs and Scatter diagrams. Graphs play a very important role during presentations because they make the data easier to understand and interpretations and comparisons can be made quickly. They are useful in presentations also because they can summarize large amounts of data and can convey the basic idea of the research.

Graphs really help the audience in absorbing the data as they are simple to interpret and are appealing. By using graphs, variations and trends in data can be showed clearly and they show how the values of particular variables change over time. Graphs also help in determining the relationship between variables.
