Why am I procrastinating?

Procrastination is your body's natural reaction to having to do something boring like homework or chores.

I'm not exactly sure what the science behind it is, but maybe it has something to do with our natural urge to seek stimulating activity to combat boredom.

It's the reason I often visit www.theuselessweb.com/ when I'm at work :)

Maybe you perform better under pressure .... Running out of time will accomplish that for you!  However, it also eliminates any margin for setbacks :)

This is usually a result of a lack of self confidence as you don't trust yourself making decisions and chances are you double guess yourself a lot.  Decision making is scary for everyone, especially the big ones, but they must be made eventually  and whatever happens people adjust to the consequences and correct their decision if necessary.  

Once you trust yourself , decisions come easier and selg confidence comes with age and time.  Good luck
