I've been looking for this answer myself, as my family has always had boxers and my mom and her boxer are getting older... Thought a "mini boxer" would be a good solution once her dog passes, but all I've seen is that a mini is really a just a pug mixed w/ fox terrier. I guess I had the closest thing to a "real mini" boxer by getting a female runt of a litter that topped out @ 41 LBs. She was perfectly healthy, solid muscle, just really, really, small and very dog aggressive. I wouldn't recommend a runt because of their tendency towards health/personality issues. I think I would just settle on a Boston Terrier if you want a boxer but don't have the space.
