Skeletal system is very important for our body. Skeletal system  provides a shape and rigidity to the body. Red blood cells are formed in bone marrow which are the tissues in bones of the skeletal system. Skeletal system helps in movement of the body. Important minerals are stored in bones. Bones in skeletal system protects the organs. If skeletal system does not function correctly, red cells will not produce which are a major component of blood. We cannot move without proper function of skeleton. Our different organs will not perform their work perfectly if skeletal system is not working in a proper manner.
