Your plant will generally start to bud only when it starts to receive a sufficient amount of food as well as light. It is very necessary that a plant receives a sufficient amount of sunlight in order to start blooming and even grow well.

For your plant to start to bud, try and keep it in a sufficient amount of sunlight. In case your plant is kept indoors then keep it out during the day so that it receives sunlight and the process of photosynthesis takes place really well and your plant begins to bloom
