Well you have to have kinetic energy because that is what energy transfer is. Now energy
transfer is like when you have hot cocoa and you pour cold milk into that hot cocoa
the cold from the milk mixes with the particles in the hot cocoa and when that happens
you have just transferred energy from hot to cold
