Yes they can. Ever heard of elizabeth taylor? There is a myth about a mutation called alexandrias genesis, which is said to cause super humans with purple eyes, but it is purely fictional. There have been no known cases of it in modern times. Too bad, cause it sounds kool.
=( I wish I had purple eyes..But yes, people can have purple eyes..Ofcourse, the only example I know of is Elizabeth Taylor, probably one of the world's most beautiful women. It doesn't have to be a mutation, it can be very normal, but some people actually might have problems..Otherwise, it's just like how everyone gets their eye color..Genetic coding, and what not..
I don't know, because I think Elizabeth Taylors eyes are just very nice dark blue, but it might be true, some people can be albinos but there mum and dad have blue eyes so the red and blue mix and make purple, but ive never actually seen it, wish I had though ;D
