The components of unpolluted air:
Nitrogen, N2- 78%
Oxygen, O2- 21%
Argon, Ar- 1%
Carbon dioxide, CO 2- 0.04%
Water, H2O- 0%-5%
Ozone, O3

Polluted air however contains many gases, including carbon monoxide, and greater amounts of carbon dioxide. Due to the use of CFC's (chlorofluorocarbons) ozone levels have been seriously depleted over the past 30 years.
