It's very obvious. Economics is about how the society use their resources efficiently. So, without the proper knowledge about reproducing and preserving these natural resources, the economy of a country will fail.

Within chemistry we manufactured medicine that can be relate to our economy because some people can get their job manufacturing medicine...am I right?

No direct relationship. Chemistry affects manufacturing and medicine however and each are large portions of the economy.
