The main causes of electrical shortage is mainly bad weather. There are many other ways as well for e.g. If a tree falls on a telephone or any wire your electricity will be acting very weird the lights will be going on and off and the fans will go on and off etc.Electrical shortage can also be a very dangerous thing for e.g. If the tree is wet when it falls and you go outside with a couple of friends or family and you guys/girls try to pick it up you guys/girls most likely will get electrocuted.As my examples do say .PLEASE DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!!!!!!
