Who Invented E Commerce?

Nobody "invented" electronic commerce (e-commerce); it simply happened as a matter of course of people having access to the internet, and others realizing that they could extend their brick-and-mortar retail sales to the world at large through the internet. Having said that, it could be argued that the "MCI Mail", the first, commercially-based, e-mail provider, which started in 1989, was the first. The first "true" e-retailer may never be known, as many people and companies sold their goods to the public simply by posting their wares on the web and having people send them checks or money orders for their purchases; so-called e-payments came much later.
