First, get a board or something it could stand upon use new paper or bristol board to make a hurricane shape thats 3-D... But cotton balls at the top of it and paint it grey ...at the botton pain it water like blue....and put little houses and broken trees to show that there is damage .....label the parts of a hurricane aswell
