On the left side of your body is the heart, ( I'm imagining a straight line drawn down the middle of the front of the body) the left lung, the descending aorta, and the gall bladder. Half of the diaphragm, an ovary, a fallopian tube (if you are female) a ureter, and a kidney. Lots of blood vessels.
