I have answered this question before but for your convenience I will give the answer again. Actually there are many factors involved in changing the earth's surface. Earth's surface can change because of Volcanic action, wind erosin, weathering of rocks, Heat and pressure etc. These natural actions can break rocks and mountains into pieces, carry rocks to different places, form new layers of land etc and thus result in changing the earth's surface

There are a number of factors because of which changes are occurred on the surface of the earth and these changes occurred because of the earth quakes, sedimentary changes as well as floods. Igneous rocks are produced when the magma cools down while the rocks can be broken into pieces because of the wind and water. Earth's climate can also be affected because of the changes on earth surface.
