Are Blue Eyes With A Gold Ring Around The Pupil Rare? Is It Attractive?

I have blue eyes with a gold ring... And people comment on it. My grandam, mom, and sister have it too. I have only met one man with it his eyes. I have met 5 other women with the gold ring as well..... The thing is that none of us were born with it. It started developing in our eyes around the age of 10 and as late as the age of 23. I think its pretty interesting.

I would say that it is rare because I never saw that in my life and I think it sounds very attractive .
