present in our atmosphere at 1 part per million.It is considered non-toxic and is virtually inert, though it does react with fluorine.Discovered on the 30th May, 1898 in London, England by Sir William Ramsay (Scot.) and Morris Travers (Eng.) it has the symbol Kr and an atomic number of 36.
