If you are speaking of a specific material, you need to find out how much 1 cubic meter of it weighs (in pounds for an Imperial ton, kilograms for a metric tonne).
Divide the number of pounds (imperial) or kilograms (metric) in a ton by the number of pounds/kilograms of material.. And you know how many cubic meters is in a ton.
If it's 5 cubic meters per ton, then X cubic meters per hour is equal to X ÷ 5 tons per hour.
