Humans are not typical organisms. On Earth over 99% of all organisms are microorganisms (microscopically small simple single celled animals), so just by being multicellular we're Atypical. Compared to other multicellular organisms we're very different too. We're the only mammal to walk upright, we have written language, and very big brains.
