I think that I gave answer of your last question. The molds when inhaled can cause many problems including effects on digestive system. After inhaling these moles secrete certain myotoxins which disturb normal flora of the gut leading to digestive complaints like colic or diarrhea. There are no test available to diagnose this. Only presence of molds at home indicate that it might be causing problem. These molds have specific smell. Make proper arrangement of ventilation to remove them.
